Almnhaj for Umrah Services – Jeddah

Dear Committee,

On behalf of all affected pilgrims, I would like to bring to your attention that your service providers, Royal Hajj Umrah Tour and Travel and Ali World Tour and Travel, have failed to deliver the promised services and have created significant difficulties for pilgrims. These agencies were assigned as my service providers through your system, but they have made false assurances and have not provided services in a timely or reliable manner.

I am currently under their care and am deeply disappointed.

Many pilgrims in the current Umrah program are experiencing similar challenges, and the overall arrangements have caused distress and inconvenience.

I respectfully request that strict action be taken against these agencies.
